Returns & Exchanges

At The Pink Bow Studio, every product is handcrafted and carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in the best possible condition.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of the delivery date.

Return & Exchange Conditions

* Return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
* The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned with all accessories (if applicable).
* Please share clear photos/videos of the product and its packaging while requesting a return or exchange.
* Once the returned product passes our quality inspection, your refund or replacement will be processed.

Refunds

* Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned product has been received and successfully inspected.

Eco-Friendly Ganesha Idol Policy

Our Eco-Friendly Ganesha Idols are handcrafted and fragile. Therefore, they are not eligible for return or refund due to a change of mind, colour variation, or personal preference.

If your idol arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and share:

* An unboxing video.
* Clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or provide an appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

* Customized or personalized products.
* Eco-Friendly Ganesha Idols (except for transit damage reported within 24 hours of delivery).
* Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper care after delivery.
* Products returned without their original packaging.
* Return or exchange requests made after the 7-day return period.
